My wife and I, your guide, will welcome you at the airport in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. Depending on your arrival time, you can do some sightseeing or go straight to the hotel. As your bikes will be waiting for you at the hotel parking lot, we presume you won’t resist taking a test ride, so we’ll organize a nice short first ride, just to get friendly with the bikes. In the evening, we will enjoy the traditional welcome dinner and we can discuss the routes, bikes, etc.

After breakfast, or as we like to say here coffee 😊, the adventure begins. We will head towards a beautiful peninsula of Istria, also known as the Croatian Tuscany. We’ll ride on the local roads, passing through charming small places in Gorski Kotar, and our goal is to see the unforgettable Rovinj! You just wait and see😊. As this is also the hometown of your guide and his wife so you’ll experience a most special welcome and we don’t have to count the toasts, of course, we’ll not overdo it since we are on bikes and on the road 😊.

After breakfast, we are continuing our journey. We’ll enjoy a bit more riding through Istria, after which we’ll head to see the islands of Cres and Krk. A short ferry ride will first take us to Cres and then to island Krk, a highland with many bays and pebble beaches with riveting views, drawing your attention away from the narrow road ahead, also having a great view of the entire Kvarner Bay. On our way there, we have a surprise for you, we know a place for taking a perfect selfie 😊.

We will leave Krk and continue our ride along the coastline, all the way to the city of Zadar. You can’t imagine just how beautiful that ride will be! On this day, we will take the ferry twice because on our way to Zadar we will also show you the island of Pag. Pag is also called the moon, and you’ll understand why when you see it. In the 1960s, legendary films were shot right here on Pag (1963-1968), films of the adventures of the Indian chief Winnetou created from the pen of Karl May and his novels. Zadar is our final destination for this day. A city famous for its sunsets, the sea organ…we’ll leave some secrets hidden for you to find them on your own 😊. A dinner for all of us is organized, and at this point we can already start discussing our first impressions.

Adventure day is ahead of us. Mountains, rivers, old monasteries, national parks with beautiful lakes… and everything to end the day in the old city Split. You have to see it, experience it 😊.
Although we will spend our day riding through the continental part of this region, all the way to Split, with every kilometer of this route you will notice a constant change of scenery and nature. To be able to feel this charm of Dalmatia, words are almost not necessary. I will leave it to you which impressions you wish to share with us over dinner 😊.

We can call this day a rest day, but we will still ride a little… and not just anywhere, we will explore the island of Brač. The island of beautiful beaches, vineyards, olive groves… and the island of one of the most beautiful view points in all of Croatia 😊 finishing again in Split in order to show you that beautiful city and where we will have dinner and exchange impressions from our trip, which we will easily finish in next two days.

Plitvice lakes are one of the most famous national parks in this area. On that day, we will also use the highway to rich northern part. After getting off the highway, we will have to cross a mountain pass. A great day for riding 😊. Diner and overnight is in Plitvice lakes.

Our last day on the road. But before leaving for Zagreb, and after breakfast, a visit to the national park is organized for you. It will take you two to three hours, however a special experience to see all these lakes and waterfalls… 😊

Depending on the departure time, you will see how to spend time, of course, your transfers to the airport will be arranged. We really hope you have enjoyed the trip. At the end of the day-trip, you will meet new people and learn about customs, and perhaps find a new friendship, or you will simply take home some amazing photos… who knows 😊.
