Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the https://www.mototourscroatia.hr website. Your access to and use of this website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this website. By using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use our services.


EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. is the Tour operator. Our residence is in Zagreb, Croatia, Nike Grškovića street no.60.

The booking form is signed between EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. as service provider and You as user of the service. By signing the booking form, you accept our terms and conditions. For a valid booking, the booking form must be signed by both sides and you must deliver us deposit proof to our address.

10% (of the tour price, per person) deposit is required at the time of booking for reservations booked more than 60 days before the pick-up date. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 60 days before the tour starts day. For reservations booked within 60 days of pickup, all charges must be paid in full at the time of booking. For a group booking that is paid by one credit card or debit card, we will charge the remaining group balance to the same card charged for the initial 25% deposit. If the remaining balance is not received 60 days before the tour starts, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. reserve the right to cancel the reservation and keep the deposit. If you would like to pay the remaining balance earlier or with a different payment method, please contact us on info@mototourscroatia.com and make arrangements before the remaining balance due date.

EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. provide motorcycles and all services listed in the tour descriptions as part of the tour package (like hotel accommodation in double or twin rooms, finding a roommate if you travel alone, but if we cannot find a roommate, the single supplement will have to be charged by you, also if you would like to be in single room you will have to pay extra cost). Price of tour does not include all items not listed as included and all personal items. The pictures of the motorcycles on this website do not always show the exact version of the motorcycles you will get. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. reserve the right to substitute a motorcycle confirmed to a participant (due to uncontrollable situations like theft, mecanical problems etc.), but will make every effort to ensure the booked model. If not possible, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. will certainly try to contact the participant prior to any substitution. Please email or call if you want to know specific or customization information on exact motorcycle versions.

Furthermore, due to situations beyond its control (such as weather or road work, etc.), EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. have the right to change any part or all of a tour as may be necessary. Extra cost shall be paid by the customer. It is agreed and understood that the Owners, Operators and Agents of EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. are not the guardians of the participant’s safety and they cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with any activity in connection with the tour which might result in injury, death or other damage to the participant, his family, his property or heirs. Also, they are not liable for any failure to provide any service as may be described in our literature pertaining to the contract. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. are not responsible for any damage caused to third parties due to the participant’s activities during the tour or for any delays, changes, in schedule or other conditions. Our liability is limited to a total of double the tour price.

If the participant does not obey traffic laws or if a participant repeatedly ignores rules or causes others to feel uncomfortably by their actions, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. will revoke this contract and remove the participant’s rental motorcycle. A participant is responsible for all traffic tickets received during the tour. A service charge will apply for all unpaid tickets. Every participant needs a valid motorcycle license to take part in the tour. The participant is responsible for complying with passport and visa regulations and takes responsibility for consequences resulting from non-compliance.

A participant is fully aware of the risks and dangers involved in outdoor activities like swimming, white water rafting, rock climbing or any other activity potentially suggested as a supplemental activity to the tour and accepts full liability.

Photographs and videos taken on the tours by EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. representatives are EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. copyright, including images in which costumers can be identified, without any charge from the costumer and also photos which are submitted to us by costumers, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. can use all such material for advertising and marketing purposes. With confirming this Terms and conditions you hereby authorize EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. to use picture of you (or your child/ward) taken in a photograph, digital image, videotape, motion picture, and/or testimonial (written words). Furthermore, you release EXPERIENTIA d.o.o., our agents or employees, as well as any and all users and exhibitors of said pictures, from any and all claims, demands, accountings, and causes for which the aforesaid videotape, testimonial, motion picture, dgital image, or photograph likeness may be used pursuant to this Consent and General Release. Also, you understand that you will receive no compensation for your likeness or testimonial.

Fares quoted by EXPERIENTIA d.o.o., its agents or publications are those in effect at time of printing. On rare occasions, due to situations beyond our control, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. reserve the right to change tour prices any time prior to 60 days before departure. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. reserve the right to correct printing errors or calculation mistakes at any time. Discounts offered by EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. cannot be combined with other existing discounts.

EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. recommend you to take out adequate travel, health, baggage and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance.

EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. take no responsibility for loss, damage or delay in delivering baggage to tour costumers. Baggage turned over to EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. for transport each day is done at the costumer’s own risk.

EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. attempt to arrange tour dates at a time when the weather conditions are pleasant for motorcycling. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. are not liable for unpleasant weather conditions and no refunds will be made for such conditions.

Tours operate on seasonal basis and where seasonal variances and/or weather condition cause changes in the tour routing and accommodations, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly and alternate hotels, restaurants and roads will be used.

All vehicles are insured with a Third party liability insurance and Comprehensive vehicle insurance. In START insurance option, the Client is obliged to cover all the costs of damage to the vehicle and equipment, regardless of the reason for the damage or possible theft, based on the offer of the authorized dealer / service. In START insurance option, the Client is excluded from liability for damages only in the event that the damage to the vehicle was caused exclusively by a third party, determined by official bodies (police). The rental (tour) period is not interrupted due to damage to the vehicle or the inability of the participant to ride the motorcycle. During the rental (tour) period, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. are not obligated to replace a damaged vehicle.

In VIP insurance option (fixed fee of 40 EUR per day), a security deposit of 1000 – 1500 Euro (deductible) must be paid / accepted to EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. at the beginning of the vehicle rental (tour) period. The deposit will be refunded / released at time when the vehicle is returned undamaged and in good condition. In VIP insurance option, the client is obliged to cover all the costs of damage to the vehicle and equipment, regardless of the personal reason for the damage or possible theft, based on the offer of the authorized dealer / service, up to security deposite level. After that, Third party liability insurance and Comprehensive vehicle insurance will cover the possible damage or possible theft. The rental (tour) period is not interrupted due to damage to the vehicle or the inability of the participant to ride the motorcycle. During the rental (tour) period, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. are not obligated to replace a damaged vehicle.

The Client is not covered by any type of insurance and is obliged to cover all possible damage to the vehicle and equipment in the event of: willful carelessness, non-observance of traffic regulations, consumption of illegal substances and in all other cases for which official bodies (police) determine the driver’s (Client’s) fault.

The Renter (tour operater) shall recognize and accept existing damage only if it is defined in writing in the damage form as part of the handover procedure. If, through no fault of the customer, a repair is necessary during the rental (tour) period in order to ensure operation or maintain roadworthiness of the vehicle, the customer must receive the Renter’s consent before proceeding with the repair. Further claims, irrespective of any legal reasons, are excluded unless the damage or loss to the Hirer is attributed to intent or gross negligence on the part of the Renter. If a participant provides his own vehicle, no tour insurance will be provided by EXPERIENTIA d.o.o.


In case of a customer canceling his/her booking after confirmation, EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. have the right to withhold the deposit in part for costs incurred. Cancellation fee is as follows: If customer cancel more than 60 days prior to departure cancellation fee per person is 150 EUR, 60 – 30 days cancellation fee is 50% of tour price, 29 – 15 days cancellation fee is 75% of tour price and if it cancellation is less than 15 days before departure there is no refund. No exception to this policy can be made for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Also consider EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. trip cancellation insurance. Trip Cancellation Insurance EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. offer trip cancellation insurance to our providers. Providers who select this option can receive a refund of tour fees when must cancel traveling or interrupt the trip for reasons covered by cancellation insurance. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. trip cancellation insurance does not cover the expenses not payable to EXPERIENTIA d.o.o., such as airfare, additional hotel accommodation or sightseeing, even if such arrangements have been booked for or recommended to the customer by EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. This insurance cannot be purchased after the day when the payment is made, i.e. less than 60 days before the tour. Tour passengers or traveling companions can be covered by the customer’s trip cancellation insurance if they are designated as insured parties at the time of purchase of the insurance. The charge of the trip cancellation insurance is 8% of the total listed price of the tour, including any supplements like motorcycle upgrades, single room requests and passenger costs. We are not liable for any additional costs due to the cancellation of the tour due to lack of participants. Also, situations beyond our control may arise which make it necessary for us to reschedule or cancel a tour, change itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, guides and other travel arrangements but we do not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience to the participant. We are not required to make refunds once the tour commences, regardless of the reason for the participant’s inability to complete his tour. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. will refund the full tour price to the customer who has purchased the trip cancellation insurance if the cancelation is due to the following: Illness, accidental injury or death of the customer, his or her traveling companion, or an immediate family member or business partner of the customer or traveling companion. The claim must be substantiated by a letter signed by a physician and printed on the health institution’s letterhead. The customer or traveling companion’s home has become uninhabitable due to a natural disaster. The claim must be substantiated by a letter from the insurance company. The customer or traveling companion is required to serve on a jury or is subpoenaed. The claim must be substantiated by a letter from the court. The customer or traveling companion is directly involved in a traffic accident on their way to take the tour. The claim must be substantiated by a police report. The customer or traveling companion is called to military duty during the period when the tour is to take place. The claim must be substantiated by a letter from the military. The customer is prevented from arriving in time to participate in the tour due to a strike, natural disaster or bad weather resulting in the cancellation of airline service. The customer or traveling companion has their employment terminated through no fault of their own after purchasing the trip cancellation insurance. The employment with the same employer cannot be shorter than one year. The claim must be substantiated by a termination letter printed on the company’s letterhead. A war or a terrorism event has occurred in a country in which the tour is to take place making the customer’s government issue a warning against all travel to that country during the period when the tour is to take place. Such warning must be issued after the date of purchase of the trip cancellation insurance. Everything not mentioned above is excluded from EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. insurance. Insurance specifically excludes: Expenses not included in the price of the tour, such as airline expenses, extra hotel nights or additional sightseeing activities. Medical costs, including all activities associated with medical evacuation. Pre-existing conditions (Pre-existing conditions include but are not limited to any injury occurring prior to and including the date of purchase of the trip cancellation insurance and any illness occurring during the 120 days prior to and including the date of purchase of the insurance for which treatment by a licensed physician has been sought or advised or for which symptoms exist which would cause a prudent person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment). Lost, damaged or stolen luggage. Any situation not specifically included above. If the cancellation occurs prior to the start of the tour, the entire amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs during the trip, a pro-rated refund will be made for the unused days of the trip. In the case of a flight cancellation or an accident which makes it impossible for the customer to arrive at the starting location of the tour, the customer will have the option to either receive a refund of the tour payment or to join the tour in progress. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. reserves the right to determine and advise the customer whether joining the tour is feasible. Any additional costs incurred to join the tour in progress will be covered by the customer and no pro-rated credit will be granted for any days of the tour in which the customer did not participate. This insurance can only be purchased at the time of the tour booking. Links To Other Web Sites EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. Changes EXPERIENTIA d.o.o. reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
